California Heritage YouthBuild Academy (CHYBA) welcomes diploma and GED enrollment throughout the year.

Enrolling is easy, and courses are free for California students ages 16-24!

Steps listed below are for individuals interested in obtaining a High School Diploma, GED, or an Adult Diploma:

Step 1: Complete your online application. CLICK HERE to begin application. (Please note: The online application can not be completed on a cell phone)

Step 2: Call the office (530) 378 5254 to ensure we have received your application and set up an intake appointment.

Step 3: Complete Enrollment Packet. CLICK HERE to download enrollment packet.

Step 4: REGISTER TO VOTE It is our program's mission to increase voter engagement among young adults and help them raise their voices within their communities and beyond. If you are 18 years or older please follow the 'Register to Vote' link.

**Great news if you are 16 or 17 yrs old, you too may pre-register to vote by following the link above**

Once you have completed the first step in the online application, an email will be sent to you with your username and password. Please return the Enrollment Packet to CHYBA school personnel.

NOTE: We have closed our site in Red Bluff, previously located at Frontier Village, 645 Antelope Blvd. Suite #13. Though we closed our site, we are still dedicated to serving the community in the Red Bluff area. We are partnered with the Step Up Program and Shasta College - Tehama Campus, and will still enroll students in the Red Bluff area.

**Charter schools are prohibited from discouraging any student from enrolling or encouraging students to drop, once enrolled.
