1. Overview & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern participation in programs, web services, and communications provided by the Workforce Recovery Training Program (WRTP). Accessing program web pages, enrolling in vocational training, or opting into program text communications constitutes agreement with these terms.

2. Program Description

The Workforce Recovery Training Program (WRTP) provides job readiness training, one-on-one career coaching, employment workshops, and direct job placement support. 

3. Text Messaging (SMS) Program & Voluntary Consent 

Enrolled participants may elect to receive text communications from WRTP staff. Messages include notifications of open job listings, upcoming job fairs, employment workshops, and one-on-one career coaching appointments.

Voluntary Participation: Opting into text messaging is completely voluntary. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of program enrollment, nor is consent required to receive vocational training or career coaching services.

Opt-In Method: Consent is gathered directly through signed participant intake forms or direct requests for SMS communications.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on participant job search activity, scheduled interviews, and active workshop schedules, but will not exceed 4 messages per week.

5. Rates & Costs

Message and data rates may apply to text messages sent or received, depending on individual mobile carrier plans. WRTP assesses no program fees for sending or receiving text messages. 

6. Opt-Out Instructions (STOP)

Participants can cancel or stop receiving text messages from WRTP at any time. Simply text STOP in reply to any received message.
Upon transmission of STOP, a single confirmation text verifies unenrollment. No further text messages will be sent to the mobile number unless a new request to opt in is submitted.

8. Mobile Carrier Liability Disclaimer 

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Privacy Policy

All mobile numbers, opt-in records, and participant communications are managed under the WRTP Privacy Policy. WRTP strictly prohibits sharing mobile opt-in data or phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
